Booking & Payment

Thank you for your interest in working with Enlivened Spaces ~ Enlivened Voices. Here’s how the booking and payment process works:

  1. Initial Enquiry
    Please start by sending an email enquiry detailing which service you are interested in. I’ll respond promptly with availability and any further information you may need.

  2. Confirming Your Booking
    Once you confirm your chosen service and session time, I will send you an invoice with my bank details for payment.

  3. Payment Terms

    • Payment must be received in full before any work, session, or workshop begins.

    • Payment must be received at least 48 hours before your scheduled session or workshop to allow adequate preparation and secure your booking. Late payments may result in rescheduling or cancellation.

    • I am unable to commence services or hold appointments without cleared payment.

  4. Additional Information (Feng Shui Services Only)
    For remote or in-person feng shui consultations, you will be asked to submit:

    • A completed intake form ahead of our meeting

    • An accurate floorplan of the space ahead of our meeting

    • Photos or videos of the space ahead of our meeting

    • These materials must be received at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. This information helps me prepare and ensure a tailored, effective consultation.

  5. Speaker Coaching & Workshops
    No pre-work is generally required for speaker coaching sessions or group workshops, so you can simply prepare to engage and learn.
