Meet the Founder

A supportive foundation for true presence

Welcome, I’m Lucinda. I partner with individuals who have built meaningful lives, carried immense responsibility for others, and navigated high-performance challenges with resilience. Whether you are leading an international boardroom, running an independent business, or holding a busy household together as a parent, you are used to being the strong one.

You are accustomed to holding everything together. But you have reached a pivotal moment where pushing through persistent exhaustion, stagnation, or internal tension is no longer sustainable. At some point, the question shifts from “How do I keep going?” to “What needs to change so my environment and my voice are actively holding me too?” That is where our work begins.

As seen in The Richmond Magazine.

What I noticed first in my own life

For much of my life, I thrived in high-pressure environments. I knew exactly how to perform, how to deliver, and how to keep going under immense scrutiny. But I did not yet understand how to be supported.

When I eventually stepped away from those intense, public arenas and began a new chapter working from home, a profound truth became impossible to ignore; my environment was shaping my physiology far more than I realised.

I felt constantly on edge. Rest failed to restore me. My energy felt fragmented. I would rearrange my physical space again and again, trying to fix an internal exhaustion I couldn't yet name. Eventually, my body forced me to stop and it did not do so gently.

Through exhaustion, chronic pain, and depletion, I was brought into a deeper awareness of a fundamental human design law that I had been overriding for years: ‘Strength without a supportive environment eventually breaks something in the system.’ That season of exhaustion became the blueprint for everything I teach today.

When I began to understand the role of space

As I began studying and applying classical Feng Shui, I noticed a profound shift that I could no longer unsee. My home was not a neutral backdrop; it was actively participating in my life, dictating how much cognitive capacity and emotional regulation I had each day.

As I intentionally recalibrated my physical environment to adjust its spatial imbalances and seal its 'energetic leaks,' something in my body softened. My nervous system finally dropped its defence mechanisms. My sleep deepened, my thinking sharpened, and my body stopped bracing against the world in the same way.

It didn't feel dramatic at first, it simply felt like an overwhelming sense of relief. But over time, it unlocked an entirely new way of living. I began to feel safe to receive, to show up authentically, and to align with new, expansive opportunities.

My life transformed, but it began with my space.

From global media to embodied work

Before founding Enlivened Spaces and Enlivened Voices, my understanding of human pressure, performance, and somatic strain was refined through unique real-world chapters of high-stakes execution:

  • Elite International Sport: Competing internationally as an athlete, winning a Commonwealth Gold Medal in rowing, and later spending ten months at sea circumnavigating the globe as part of an 18-person crew enduring extreme conditions in a global ocean yacht race.

  • Fifteen Years in International Media: Working as a broadcast journalist, presenter, and global executive producer. I operated in high-pressure live broadcasting environments with Sky News, ITN, the BBC, and Global Media & Entertainment, spaces where strategic clarity, calm thinking, and precise communication mattered enormously.

Today, I translate those rigorous life lessons into a grounded, practical lens to help you create spaces and ways of communicating that support greater calm, clarity, confidence, and connection in everyday life.

Ways to work together

My work takes two distinct but deeply connected forms to serve your private and professional life, grounded in one principle: your environment, your internal state, and your expression are always in conversation.

  • Enlivened Spaces (Feng Shui and Space Alignment):

I help you understand how your family home, layout, or office is affecting your energy, clarity, and direction, correcting the hidden imbalances so your space becomes a source of support rather than depletion.

  • Enlivened Voices (Leadership Communication and Speaker Coaching):

I support professionals, leaders, and individuals to speak with clarity and confidence, manage real-time nerves, and structure thoughts under pressure, so you can express yourself authentically. When you realign your space, your voice naturally reclaims its authority.

Who I work with

I work with people who are ready for change, not just to think about it. People who recognise that feeling better, clearer, more grounded, and more supported doesn’t happen by chance alone; it happens when insight is followed by intentional action.

Very often, my clients are navigating significant public or private life transitions: high-stakes career shifts, changes in identity, corporate expansions, or the processing of separations, divorce, family or health challenges. They are ready to change what isn’t working and create a life that feels more aligned, supported, and sustainable.

Let’s begin with a call

If this narrative resonates with you, your body likely already senses that a shift is due. Whether we begin with your physical environment, your personal communication, or both, the intention remains entirely the same: to help you feel supported, grounded, and fully like yourself again.

Your home can hold you. Your voice can carry you. And when those two foundations are aligned, your entire life moves differently.
