As a Master-certified Feng Shui Consultant and Speaker Coach, I’m passionate about helping people transform their spaces, and the way they feel in them.

I bring a unique blend of experience: from international athlete to senior journalist and broadcaster (BBC & Sky), to global media executive, I thrived in high-pressure, high-performance worlds, until burnout showed me there was another way. Through my journey back to balance, I discovered the power of intentional design and energy in the home.
