This work combines communication strategy, nervous system regulation, and leadership presence coaching. My understanding of delivery under intense scrutiny was forged through fifteen years as a broadcast journalist, presenter, and reporter for the BBC and Sky News, alongside operating as a global executive producer.
These were high-pressure arenas where communication had to be immediate, accurate, and flawless. Today, I translate those rigorous lessons into a grounded, highly practical lens to remove the internal noise that blocks your natural authority.

A Multi-Disciplinary Approach to Human Performance
I’m Lucinda Bowden, a Leadership Communication Coach and the founder of Enlivened Living. My work is built on a deep, experiential understanding of how physical environments and somatic states dictate human potential.
While my primary focus on this pathway is empowering confident communication and leadership presence, my understanding of delivery under scrutiny was forged through fifteen years as a Broadcast Journalist, Presenter and Reporter for the BBC and SKY News and Global Executive Producer; high-pressure environments where communication had to be immediate, accurate, and flawless.
Alongside my communication containers, I also practice as a classical Feng Shui and space alignment consultant.
